Terms of Purchase
Order
When you complete your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. The confirmation contains information about products, prices, billing, and delivery address. If anything is wrong in the order confirmation, contact us immediately by email: NordicMotive@proton.me.
Order cancellation
If you want to cancel your order, this must be done on the same day the purchase was made and before customer service closes. We cannot cancel an order that has already been processed or shipped.
We reserve the right to refuse an order if the item is out of stock with the supplier or for other business reasons. The customer will be notified as soon as possible and will not be charged, or will be refunded.
Cancellation on holidays and bridge days
Cancellations made during holidays, public holidays, or bridge days are not accepted. On these days, the order is considered binding as we are unable to handle customer service matters in real time.
Examples of such days include, but are not limited to:
New Year's Day, Epiphany, Good Friday, Easter Monday, Ascension Day and the adjacent Friday (bridge day), National Day (if it falls on a weekday), Midsummer's Eve, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day.
Delivery
Our normal delivery times are 5–12 working days. Please note that orders placed on weekends are shipped no earlier than the next business day. Delays may occur due to high demand on our shipping providers. This is beyond our control and we ask for your understanding. In case of non-delivery without prior notice of extended delivery time, please contact us at NordicMotive@proton.me.
Note that you as the customer may need to pay any customs duties and VAT upon import of the goods.
Taxes, customs, and import responsibility
NordicMotive™ sells products without adding Swedish VAT (25%) because the goods are shipped directly from a supplier outside the EU. When purchasing, you as the customer are the legal importer of the goods and are responsible for paying any import VAT, customs duties, and other taxes that may apply upon import to Sweden.
We are not responsible for these possible extra costs and they are not included in the price stated on our website.
By completing a purchase at NordicMotive™ you confirm that you accept and understand that:

You are the recipient and importer of the product.

You may be invoiced import VAT, customs duties, and any handling fees by the carrier.

We recommend that you check applicable customs and tax regulations with the Swedish Customs or your local customs office before ordering.
Prices
We reserve the right to change prices due to, for example, changed purchase costs, currency fluctuations, or possible printing errors.
Returns & Complaints
Returns and right of withdrawal
You have 14 days right of withdrawal according to the Distance Contracts Act, counted from the day you received your item.
How to return a product:

Email us for further instructions on how to send the package.

The product must be unused and undamaged, preferably in the original packaging.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs for canceled purchases. For incorrect or defective goods, we cover the return shipping costs.

The return must be made no later than 14 days from when you notified us of the withdrawal.

For hygiene products, the right of withdrawal only applies if the seal/plomb is unbroken.

Always include a note in the return package with the following information:

Without this information, we cannot process your return.
Satisfaction guarantee (30 days)
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee:

The product must be in unopened original packaging.

The product must not have been used or opened.

The warranty is valid for 30 days from receipt.

If you want to try, you can buy two copies: try one and return the other unopened.
Uncollected packages
If a package is not picked up within the specified time and is returned to us:

The order value will be refunded minus 149 SEK (return shipping and administration).

If you want the package sent again, a fee of 199 SEK applies.

We will not resend the package until this fee is paid.
Complaint
If a product is damaged or incorrectly shipped, we follow applicable consumer protection laws.

Contact us at NordicMotive@proton.me and provide name, address, email, order number, and describe the defect.

Returns may only be made after approval from us.

For approved complaints, we cover the return shipping cost.

We follow the guidelines of the National Board for Consumer Complaints in case of disputes (see arn.se).
Limitation of liability
We are not responsible for indirect damages caused by the product. We also take no responsibility for delays or errors due to circumstances beyond our control (Force Majeure), such as labor disputes, fire, war, government decisions, or missed deliveries from suppliers.
Product information
We reserve the right for any printing errors and sold-out items. Color deviations may occur depending on screen settings. We always strive to display products as accurately as possible.
