Refund

For most items, in the unlikely event that your product is faulty, you can send it back to us for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Returns

When your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Delayed or missing refunds

If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send an email using our contact form.

Return shipping

Contact us at NordicMotive@proton.me  to create a return. We will instruct you by email where to send your item for return
